The Lymphatic system is an important part of your immune system. It keeps fluids in the body balanced and protects against infections. Lymphatic Drainage massage can helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues.

Swedish Massage

The Swedish Massage is one of the most common massages you can get. It is performed to energise the body and improve overall health. Apply massage oil to protect the skin from friction. Involves actions like kneading, vibration, tapping, thumb rolling.

Deep tissue Massage

A firm pressure massage, deep strokes treat chronic muscle aches and pains, and relieving stiffness and soreness. Focusing the inner layer of your muscles and the connective tissues, providing stress relieving relaxation to the body and mind. Our therapist will ask about your problem muscle pain areas which can involve your entire body or more specific concentration on and around the problem area. Deep tissue massage can sometimes have a side effect of soreness for a few days. Applying a hot pack or cold pack may help to relieve soreness. Please get doctor’s advice if you have osteoporosis or cancer that’s spreads to the bones, and should avoid deep tissue massage as a firm pressure used may cause a fracture.

Hot WaveStone Massage
